anxiety, it is something we all have a little bit of and it’s nothing we should feel ashamed of, my sister has anxiety and she is 9 years old and she’s so strong, when she gets upset and overwhelmed with emotions she fights through it as hard as she can. anxiety is a battle that can be fought and won.
things you can do:
some things that can help with anxiety,
taking to someone you trust
listening to music
reading
self care such as, a face mask, a bath etc
baking
things to remember:
it gets better! it’s just hard for the time being and you will get through it, you can do it! you are so loved by so many people around you and you are so supported. you got this ❤️
